Privacy Policy
OneJob is a private to-do application operated by Blair Williams (the "operator") for use with his direct reports. This policy explains what the app collects and how it is used. Questions go to blair@caseproof.com.
What is collected
- From your Google account, when you sign in: your name, email address, profile photo, Google account ID, and, for Google Workspace accounts, the Workspace domain.
- What you enter in the app: tasks, notes, due dates, and who a task is assigned to.
- Operational records: when you signed in, and an activity log of changes made in the app (who created, edited or completed which task).
Why it is collected
Only to sign you in and to run the app: showing you your lists, sharing each 1:1 list between you and the operator, and keeping a history of changes. There is no other purpose.
Google user data
Google account information is used only to identify you and confirm you are allowed to sign in. OneJob's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with anyone other than the operator and the people you share a list with.
Where it is stored
All data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and served by a Cloudflare Worker, hosted in the United States. Cloudflare acts as the operator's infrastructure provider and does not use the data for its own purposes.
Sharing, ads and tracking
- Data is not sold and not shared with third parties.
- There are no advertisements.
- There are no tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in session cookie that keeps you signed in; it holds a random identifier and nothing else.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept until the operator removes your account. You can ask the operator at blair@caseproof.com to delete your account and data at any time, and it will be deleted from the database. You can also revoke OneJob's access to your Google account from your Google account permissions.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date.
